To keep our technicians on the road, we operate a dedicated fleet of 160 light trucks and vans. We are currently looking for a hungry, motivated Entry-Level Mechanic to join our shop. If you have a solid foundation of mechanical knowledge and want a place where you can plant your roots, get hands-on training, and grow your skills long-term, this is the shop for you.

**What You Will Do:**

As an Entry-Level Fleet Mechanic, you will help keep our 160-vehicle fleet safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Performing routine preventative maintenance on light-duty vans and trucks (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements).

* Inspecting and replacing brake pads, rotors, and basic suspension components.

* Assisting senior mechanics with larger repairs and diagnostics (a great opportunity to learn!).

* Performing basic 12-volt electrical diagnostics (checking batteries, starters, and alternators).

* Keeping accurate records of all maintenance performed on fleet vehicles.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

**What We Are Looking For:**

* **Experience:** 1 to 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience. (Recent graduates from automotive trade schools or community college programs are highly encouraged to apply!)

* **Drive to Learn:** You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be eager to learn from our senior techs and grow your skill set.

* **Basic Tools:** Must have a basic set of starting hand tools (specialty tools will be provided by the shop).

* **Reliability:** A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.

* **License:** A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
