IMPORTANT: Previous inside sales experience working with industrial tools is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Learn company products and provide knowledgeable product support
• Help customers identify products that meet their needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
• Work closely with team members to meet customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience with industrial tools is REQUIRED
• Candidates without industrial tool inside sales experience will not be considered
• Familiarity with industrial products, tools, and/or equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
