Physician Compensation Analyst

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; (1 Position) days; varies as scheduled.Job Summary:Prosser Memorial Health is a growing, community‑focused healthcare system serving Prosser and the surrounding region with high‑quality, patient‑centered care. The Provider Compensation Analyst plays a key role in supporting PMH’s physician and advanced practice clinician (APC) workforce by ensuring compensation programs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
