Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling a home Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals to aid in building your sales pipeline Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent Work within the CRM workflow system and maintain an up-to-date calendar availability for appointments Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings Prospect for new leads to promote new business Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Show good organizational and time management skills Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Full-time availabilityTechnology-drivenAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growthA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredOrganized and have the ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsPossess a positive and can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

$75,000-$150,000 per year
