Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews and standard assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions—whether one-on-one, group, or family therapy—drawing on evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused treatment.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic interventions, measurable goals, and progress benchmarks tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the delivery of coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and effective support during challenging moments.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psycho-education classes, promoting an understanding of mental health topics and reinforcing skill development in a supportive group setting.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
