Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager ensures all attractions, arcade games, and facility systems are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance schedules, supervises repairs, and coordinates with operations to maintain high uptime and a clean, well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Manager mentors technicians and ensures compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance of attractions and ridesSupervise and support arcade and redemption game repairs and preventive maintenanceManage facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fixtures, doors, and signageLead, train, and mentor the maintenance team; assign and evaluate work tasksDocument maintenance activities, repairs, and schedulesCollaborate with operations to prioritize and address facility needs efficientlyEnforce all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and manufacturer guidelinesPreferred QualificationsTrade certifications or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fieldsProven work history in equipment, machinery, and building maintenanceCompensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $30 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunitiesBenefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)RetirementMedical, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance OptionsPaid TrainingPositive Work CultureRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsProven leadership experience in a high-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skillsDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach overheadGood visual acuity; must not be color-blindHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications or technical degrees preferredAbility to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals; soldering and electrical troubleshooting preferredPhysical & Availability RequirementsStand/walk continuously, bend, kneel, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbsWork in areas with high noise and flashing lightsAvailable for weekends, holidays, and peak periodsPass a background check
