Senior Sales Executive – International Freight Forwarding

$150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting a commercially driven freight-forwarding sales professional for a growing privately owned international logistics provider. The role will focus on winning new business across trans-Pacific and European trade lanes, complementing the company's established Latin American presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new international air and ocean freight business
• Grow trans-Pacific and European trade-lane activity
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Take direct ownership of revenue and gross-profit growth

Requirements

• Proven freight-forwarding sales experience
• Established and transferable customer relationships
• Strong new-business development and closing ability
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially accountable approach
• Trans-Pacific or European trade-lane experience is preferred

Package

• $150,000 base salary
• Uncapped 10% commission after covering the salary threshold
