We are recruiting a commercially driven freight-forwarding sales professional for a growing privately owned international logistics provider. The role will focus on winning new business across trans-Pacific and European trade lanes, complementing the company's established Latin American presence.
Responsibilities

Los Angeles $150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
We are recruiting a commercially driven freight-forwarding sales professional for a growing privately owned international logistics provider. The role will focus on winning new business across trans-Pacific and European trade lanes, complementing the company's established Latin American presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop new international air and ocean freight business
- Grow trans-Pacific and European trade-lane activity
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Take direct ownership of revenue and gross-profit growth
- Proven freight-forwarding sales experience
- Established and transferable customer relationships
- Strong new-business development and closing ability
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially accountable approach
- Trans-Pacific or European trade-lane experience is preferred
- $150,000 base salary
- Uncapped 10% commission after covering the salary threshold
