Are you passionate about cutting-edge automotive technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences? BMW of Minnetonka is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist (BMW Genius) to join our team. As a key brand ambassador, you'll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance
- Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed
- Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
Total Rewards
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is: $15 - $18
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
