Support Associate

Responsibilities Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors. Assist with special events, Made to Measure, truck shows; process and reconcile necessary invoices and client orders. Check in and receive new merchandise (including ticketing and back‑stock organization) per division requirements. Place product and merchandise in specified areas of the department under guidance of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager. Update merchandise placements to reflect changes in business priorities and ensure merchandise standards are followed. Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and RTVs. Complete markdowns; sign and move product once marked. Maintain daily reports, SPIFF entries, and receipts to ensure department and stockroom controls are executed. Qualifications Prior retail experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite preferred. Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
