What We Offer: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Novant Health Community Hospital of Stokes | Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Danbury, NC Join our close-knit Medical-Surgical team at Novant Health Community Hospital of Stokes, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while caring for adult and geriatric patients in a supportive community hospital setting. Our 10-bed unit maintains an average daily census of 7-8 patients, allowing nurses to build strong relationships with patients and provide highly individualized care. This unit cares for a variety of medical-surgical patients, including those with COPD, congestive heart failure (CHF), atrial fibrillation (A-fib), gastrointestinal disorders, and diabetes-related conditions. What We're Looking For: * Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

* Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required. * Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to provider orders.
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Provide patient and family education related to diagnoses, medications, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Support patients in achieving recovery goals while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
