Civil Engineer

Click for details Participate in delivering civil/site engineering project related design and construction plan production Collaborate with Engineering and Architectural design staff Learn and develop your skills related to civil site engineering design Support the planning and design of challenging civil engineering projects Participate and/or lead the preparation of permitting and construction documentation preparation for projects Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience Represent B&N in meetings and at marketing functions Participate in strategic business planning, development of client relationship programs, and assessment of new business opportunities Ability to complete stormwater and engineering calculations Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with projects from preliminary design through permitting and construction Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program PE registration Strong communication skills, quality control, and organization skills are essential to the success of this role Desire and ability to work in a group setting and to mentor junior staff members supporting projects Experience in AutoCAD 2024 Civil 3D required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, marital status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
