Quality Engineer

They work closely with customers, understand the application, and take ownership from first drawing to final delivery. This is a hands-on Quality Engineer role within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You own product quality from first article through to final inspection, working closely with engineering, production, and customers to make sure every part meets spec, every time. You're on the floor, not just behind a desk. You spot issues early, fix root causes, and help the business keep raising the bar on quality and compliance.

Lead quality planning for new and existing aerospace parts

Support AS9100 compliance and customer audits

Review drawings, specs, and customer requirements

Work with manufacturing to improve processes and reduce scrap

Use data to track trends and prevent repeat issues

Experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace manufacturing

Strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace quality standards

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

Clear communication and confidence working with customers and auditors
