Trillium Staffing is now seeking warehouse workers in Taunton, MA for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

We are seeking dependable and experienced warehouse associates to join a growing distribution team in the Taunton, MA area.

This is an immediate opening offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and overall fit. Pay rate is $19.75/hour.

Schedule: -1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday -Overtime may be required based on business needs -1-hour lunch break (30 minutes unpaid)

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Accurately locate and retrieve items throughout the warehouse
• Pack and process outgoing orders
• Organize inventory, parts, and materials in designated storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow established safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.) is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple records
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Ability to work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
