The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle administrative tasks, communicate effectively with Management, Finance, and external customers while ensuring that operations run smoothly. The coordinator will support the team by assisting with project management, reporting, inventory tracking, and ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available for project success.

Key Accountabilities:

• Material management, including recording/tracking consumption daily
• Material reconciliation
• Create and disseminate job status and tracking reports
• Asbuilting
• Project Coordination and tracking
• Cost/Revenue analysis
• Unbilled review
• AR aging reporting and customer follow-up
• Job setup
• Manage and traffic job documents i.e. schedules, scope, budget, invoicing and asbuilt docs
• Maintain schedules, track milestones
• Provide total back-office support
• Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Computer skills required: MS Office, Adobe; Database experience a plus
• 1 year telecom/cable project coordination preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Exceptional ability to perform under pressure
• Outstandingly motivated and aggressive self-starter
• Requires thorough understanding of company processes

Reports to: Director of Operations

Salary: Commensurate with experience
