Residental Education & Housing Social Media Work Study

Job Overview Residential Education & Housing is looking for a work‑study student to help with our social media and marketing. Primary focus will be on Fraternity and Sorority Life with additional housing‑focused projects. Department: Residential Education & Housing Location: Reamer 409, Schenectady, NY Supervisor: Catie Straube Work hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30AM – 5PM, flexible as needed Hours per week expected: 7 Rate of pay: $9.70 per hour Number of positions available: 1 Responsibilities Manage and create content for Union Greek social media accounts Produce “Living at Union” social media content Create social media for Fraternity and Sorority Life activities Develop alumni newsletter content Prepare marketing documents and flyers for centralized events Assist with additional projects such as bulletin boards and door decorations Qualifications Membership in a fraternity or sorority is recommended but not required Passion for social media and marketing Student status eligible for work‑study Benefits and Requirements E‑Verify Participation: Union College participates in E‑Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I‑9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
