Commercial Lines Producer
Insurance Company of Florida is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer.
We seek candidates who are energetic, motivated, outgoing, and self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role/Requirements:
- This individual must have successful sales experience in commercial insurance.
- Must be able to achieve mutually determined sales goals monthly
- Must have broad knowledge of the insurance industry and have current market connections
- Ability to self-teach and the drive to consistently expand the book of business
- Ability to successfully perform the following: market prospecting, needs based analysis, proposal presentations and closing of deals
- Thoroughly understand, and follow, all underwriting, rating & compliance rules of the agency & carriers
- Confidence to increase sales in a competitive market
- Required P & C License
- 2-3 Year experience.
