Position Description

JOB DUTIES:

• Operate Lattice Boom Cranes ranging in size from 80 tons to 200 tons
• Operate RT Cranes generally less than 100 tons
• Occasionally operate boom truck
• Operate crane in a safe and efficient manner under varying weather conditions, while exposed to dampness, fumes, dust, electrical, mechanical and traffic hazards.
• Operate other heavy equipment.
• Routine maintenance on the equipment, to include keeping equipment clean and operable.
• Perform general labor and/or carpenter duties when necessary
• Communicate with foreman and coworkers to the daily job specifications.
• Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.

Position Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Crane Operator Certification
• 5 years' experience operating cranes
• CDL preferred, not required
• Willing to travel/work out of town.
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
