This position is responsible for the turnover of sauna rooms and maintaining a welcoming, meticulously clean studio environment while supporting the sales associates. Employment Type Part‑time & Full‑time Availability Must have general availability, including weekends Current Job Location Opportunities 410 S Rampart Blvd, #175, Las Vegas, NV 89145 Studio Hours Monday‑Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation Competitive hourly rate $12/hour + Free Team Member IR Sauna Membership Primary Responsibilities Promptly turn over sauna rooms when guests exit, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next appointment Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks, including sales and back‑of‑house duties Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests Use our software to manage appointments (MindBody software experience is a plus!)
