Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Temporary
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Base Pay: $10.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on assignment
Additional Shift Rates: Certain urgent or difficult-to-fill shifts may be offered at increased rates, typically $16.00–$20.00 per hour.

Harmony At Home Senior Care is hiring caregivers and personal care attendants for multiple client assignments throughout the Dallas area.

We have a variety of schedules and hours available and are currently hiring caregivers seeking full-time, part-time, PRN, or temporary work. Available assignments vary based on client needs, caregiver qualifications, location, and availability.

Service Areas

Current and upcoming client assignments may be available in:

• North Dallas

• East Dallas

• Plano

• McKinney

• Garland

• Lewisville

• Surrounding areas

Caregivers are not required to work in every service area. Assignments are offered based on client needs and the caregiver's location, availability, experience, and qualifications.

Compensation

Standard client assignment rates generally range from $10.00–$15.00 per hour . The rate for each assignment may vary based on factors such as client needs, location, schedule, and caregiver availability.

Certain urgent, short-notice, or difficult-to-fill shifts may be offered at temporarily increased rates. These shifts are frequently offered in the $16.00–$20.00 per hour range , depending on the specific assignment and staffing need.

Increased rates are assignment-specific and are not guaranteed for all hours or employees.

Available Schedules

Harmony At Home Senior Care provides services seven days a week. Depending on current client needs, available schedules may include:

• Full-time schedules

• Part-time schedules

• PRN or pick-up shifts

• Temporary assignments

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Weekday schedules

• Weekend schedules

• Recurring client assignments

• Short-notice coverage opportunities

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on the client's individual care plan and may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supervision

• Light housekeeping related to client care

• Assistance with authorized errands or transportation

• Maintaining a safe environment for the client

• Following the client's established plan of care

• Completing required shift documentation

• Reporting changes or concerns to the office

Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on time

• Demonstrate professional and compassionate communication

• Be comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Be able to follow client care plans and company policies

• Be able to complete required onboarding and training

• Have reliable transportation to assigned client locations

• Have a valid driver's license when required for the assignment

Previous professional caregiving, home care, personal care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience is preferred. Applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience may also be considered.

We are currently hiring to support multiple client schedules and are accepting applications from caregivers who are available to begin the onboarding process promptly.
