Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Overview Electrical Works is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing sales and business development efforts. This is a hands‑on role focused on keeping sales activity organized, supporting client communication, coordinating marketing efforts, and helping move opportunities forward. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift and processes continue to evolve. Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow‑up activity Support client communication and assist with outreach efforts Track sales activity and help maintain pipeline visibility Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials Support scheduling and travel coordination for sales, marketing, and business development activities Prepare and coordinate marketing and trade show materials, including packing, inventory tracking, shipping, and delivery logistics for events and client meetings Support marketing efforts including social media updates and brand coordination Help organize sales documents, reporting, and internal tracking tools Assist leadership with day‑to‑day business development coordination and administrative support Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, marketing, or coordination role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with CRM systems or tracking tools preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or commercial services is a plus Experience with Monday.com is a plus Comfortable working in a Mac‑based environment What We Are Looking For Someone who stays organized and follows through consistently A self‑starter who is comfortable taking initiative Someone who can adapt in a fast‑moving environment A person who communicates clearly and keeps things moving forward Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Profit‑sharing opportunities Referral incentives Company events Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr Electrical Works
