Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (MA SPED)
• Proven classroom experience, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Deep understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead a classroom for elementary students with Autism in a substantially separate setting
• Develop and implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Apply ABA strategies to maximize student engagement, learning, and independence
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Engage with parents, guardians, and school staff to support each child’s educational journey
• Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities
• Foster a positive, welcoming classroom culture that encourages every child’s unique strengths
