Experienced Remodeling Sales Estimator

Luxury Home Improvements is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Estimator with a proven track record of closing remodeling projects and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a top-performing sales professional who can confidently meet with homeowners, build trust, present solutions, and consistently close projects—often during the initial appointment.

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads

Evaluate remodeling projects and accurately measure job sites

Develop detailed estimates and present proposals

Build trust and educate homeowners on the remodeling process

Confidently overcome objections and close sales

Coordinate project details with our production team after contracts are signed

Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of successful in-home remodeling sales experience

Flawless knowledge of the residential remodeling industry is required

Strong understanding of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, additions, exterior remodeling, and general construction

Proven track record of consistently achieving high sales volume and closing projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to accurately estimate projects and provide creative solutions

Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
