About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its national sales strategy and drive profitable revenue growth across its expanding functional beverage portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, establishing annual sales plans, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in consumer packaged goods sales, particularly in the beverage, natural foods, or functional beverage categories, and experience with Costco. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with leading all sales functions, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and strengthening distributor and broker partnerships to maximize market coverage. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on national and regional retail accounts. The role demands a deep understanding of various retail channels, including grocery, natural, mass, club, convenience, and foodservice. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and financial acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. A hands-on leadership style and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are essential.
