Product Owner (TrademarkVision - Intellectual Property)

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Compumark Online Search product organization. This is an amazing opportunity to work on an established AI and image search technology powering trademark and industrial design searches at global IP offices and leading corporations. The team consists of cross‑functional Product, Engineering, and Business SMEs, and this role reports to the Director of Product Management, Compumark Online Search.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience5+ Years of relevant experience in product management/product ownership, business analysis, etc.This role requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a US Government e-QIPIt would be great if you also had...Prior work experience or education in the intellectual property industryExperience with various product development and business analysis tools including Jira, Power BI, Postman, Pendo, and/or ElasticsearchFamiliarity with security frameworks for cloud service solutions including FedRAMP, Soc2, CSA Star, etc.A great eye for user interface design and experience with mockup tools like FigmaFamiliarity with government procurement processes and a proven track record of drafting winning RFI/RFP’sFluency in a language other than English to support or global client baseWhat will you be doing in this role?Support the Product Director and their team in the delivery and ongoing maintenance of Global IP office search systems, powered by Clarivate technologyRegularly interface with end users at government IP offices and law firms to capture and distill user feedback into product roadmap prioritiesContribute to ongoing work to maintain system security certifications including FedRAMP and Soc2 type 2Support the sales and marketing teams with product demos, client queries, and RFI/RFP draftingContribute to the management of the product backlog and roadmapAbout the TeamCompuMark Online Search is Clarivate's trademark and industrial design search platform that uses AI and image-recognition technology to help customers and intellectual property offices search, compare, and analyze trademarks and designs. This is a highly collaborative role. You will work closely with our Lead Product Manager in Mexico, Director of Product Management in the US, as well as our global technical team.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in the US Eastern time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed to meet with colleagues and clients. This position is available for remote work within the United StatesCompensation - US OnlyThe expected base salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year.  This role is eligible for bonus earnings.  Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
