Today, UV Skinz protects hundreds of thousands of families every year, but we believe we're just getting started. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want to manage social media. We're looking for someone who wants to build a movement. About The Role: As our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll own the voice, relationships, and conversations that bring the UV Skinz brand to life every day. You'll create meaningful content, build authentic relationships with creators and ambassadors, engage with our community, champion our charitable and medical partnerships, and help inspire families to embrace sun-safe adventures. This role reports directly to our Director of Marketing and works closely with our Founder and leadership team. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage social media. It's a role for someone who wants to build one of the strongest purpose-driven communities in the consumer-brand space. Community: Own the day-to-day voice of UV Skinz across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms. Build and manage the organic social media calendar. Engage with comments, DMs and conversations daily. Gather customer insights and share them with the marketing and product teams. Creator & Influencer Marketing: Recruit, onboard and develop long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors. Manage gifting, briefs, campaigns, contracts, deliverables and performance. Manage UV Skinz's charitable giving, including product donation requests for families and individuals affected by melanoma. Build and maintain relationships with medical partners (dermatologists, oncology centers, and patient advocacy groups) to support credibility and outreach. Track and report on the impact of donation and partnership programs. Content: Source and organize authentic user-generated content. Coordinate creators, photographers and content production. Stay ahead of social trends and provide fresh creative for paid marketing. Brand Growth: Develop brand collaborations, giveaways and community activations. Support product launches with creator campaigns and storytelling. Help grow TikTok and identify new community-building opportunities. Who You Are: 2-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing. Naturally curious and relationship-driven. Creative, organized and proactive. Passionate about storytelling, outdoor lifestyles and purpose-driven brands. Excited to build community—not just publish content. Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns. Proficiency in Writing and Content Strategy to develop clear, compelling, and brand-aligned social media content. Excellent Communication skills to engage online communities, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand professionally. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta/Instagram insights, TikTok analytics) and basic reporting on engagement, reach, and conversions. Familiarity with visual content creation and coordination (e.g., working with designers, basic photo/video editing, or content briefing). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Prior experience managing social media for a consumer brand, especially in apparel, lifestyle, or health and wellness, is preferred.
