Responsibilities

The Senior Replenishment Process Owner leads the enterprise replenishment and letdown process across the distribution network, establishing the standards, metrics, and best practices for consistent execution. Partnering cross-functionally with DC Operations, Capacity, Slotting, Inventory Control, Engineering, Transportation, and IT, this role uses data and process analysis to design scalable solutions that support efficient warehouse operations, inventory availability, and customer service. The role owns the replenishment framework and performance expectations — not day-to-day execution, which remains with DC leadership. Through enterprise process ownership, performance management, and continuous improvement, this role ensures KeHE’s replenishment practices remain aligned with operational goals, inventory strategy, and customer service expectations. Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, distribution, supply chain, or related operational process management.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or improving replenishment or letdown processes within a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience developing standard work, operating procedures, KPIs, and performance management processes.
• Experience working across multiple distribution centers or operational environments preferred.
• Experience with WMS, replenishment systems, operational reporting, and analytical tools preferred.
• Experience leading continuous improvement or multi-site process improvement initiatives preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work performed in both office and warehouse environments.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout distribution centers for extended periods.
• Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment.
• Occasional bending, lifting, or reaching required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Travel required 25%-50% across regional distribution centers.
