Auto Body Technician Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$110,000+

What You Need:

• Experience required
• Vision abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Communication skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Work ethic: Self-motivation and independence.
• Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver's license: A good driving record is a must.

All candidates selected for offer will undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening appropriate to the role. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$50,000-$150,000/year
