Responsibilities Assist in the execution of approved marketing initiatives and brand plans. Support day‑to‑day coordination of marketing projects and operational activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables. Assist in the development and launch preparation of new products in collaboration with regional and global teams. Help support forecasting activities by coordinating information related to marketing initiatives and demand planning. Assist in the development of content including email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials. Support CRM activities through the creation and coordination of customer email communications. Facilitate marketing, legal, and regulatory review processes for all promotional and communication materials to ensure timely approvals and compliance with company requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of marketing materials. Support the management of content timelines, revisions, and approvals across cross‑functional teams. Assist with collecting, organizing and analyzing market data and insights to support marketing decisions. Assist with reporting, tracking KPIs and evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors. Coordinate cross‑functional review processes and support timely completion of project deliverables. Assist with preparation of presentations, sales meeting materials, and marketing updates. Support marketing budget tracking and administrative activities. Participate in the development of educational and promotional tools. Assist with event preparation, conference support, and other marketing activities as needed.
