Brand Marketing Associate – Footcare & First Aid Portfolio (Kerasal, New Skin, Dermoplast) Join to apply for the Brand Marketing Associate role at Advantice Health . Reports to: Head of Footcare & First Aid This role follows a hybrid work model based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. The selected candidate must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be on-site at least three days per week—equating to a minimum of 60% of their time—to support regular, in-person collaboration with the team. We’re looking for a creative, detail‑savvy, and results‑driven Brand Marketing Associate to join our team. You will help reinvent and elevate our Footcare business and drive sustained growth among our trusted portfolio of First Aid brands. We’re looking for a marketer who wants to flex both their entrepreneurial spirit and their large brand expertise. In this role, you’ll have the best of both worlds with a focus on: Running your own portfolio of First Aid brands like a mini start‑up (budgets, forecasting, campaigns, sustaining growth) Powering the transformation of a category‑leading footcare brand, turning it into an everyday staple in consumers’ lives.
