Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive and enthusiastic shift experience for guests and team members
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service using Cajun Hospitality
• Prepare and package food and drinks while maintaining high-quality standards
• Support team members across multiple stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
• Assist with inventory stocking and support the Manager on Duty with shift execution
• Demonstrate integrity and support the culture of Popeyes and SBH Foods

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 18 years old with a passion for working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to lead by example and support team members with enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a leadership role
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be ServSafe certified before independently running a shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 60 pounds
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team
• Operate registers and restaurant equipment safely
• Perform food preparation and maintain proper lifting techniques
• Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed during shifts
• Maintain clear communication with team and guests throughout the shift
