A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in home infusion to support a healthcare facility in Newberry, FL. This contract-to-hire position offers a pathway to direct hire after an initial 13-week assignment, beginning immediately with a Monday start on October 19.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and check prescriptions with attention to detail
- Participate in training and development, especially for home infusion processes
- Utilize CareTend pharmacy system for workflow and documentation
- Ensure compliance with state pharmacy regulations and standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Pharmacist license mandatory
- Experience with infusion therapy is highly preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new pharmacy practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
