Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator for our manufacturing client in the logistics industry to start immediately at $20.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and machine shop machinery such as saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, and punches
• Read blueprints and job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs
• Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures accurately
• Set stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates
• Inspect workpieces for defects and machine malfunctions
• Remove burrs, rust, and scale from finished workpieces
• Perform minor machine maintenance like oiling and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures for quality and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of related fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints confidently
• Knowledge of metric and standard measurements
• Understanding of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid LOTO certification required; crane operation certification required
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

Skills

• Proficiency with tape measures and measurement tools
• Experience operating overhead cranes and brake presses
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of metric and standard measurements
• Work well under safety guidelines and quality standards
