Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse Degree: Certificate of Completion Must be IV certified. Responsibilities: Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests. Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals. Ensure referrals are addressed timely. Remind patients of their appointments. Work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a superior work ethic. Be well-organized and detail-oriented. General computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse with a Certificate of Completion. Must be IV certified. Experience: healthcare 1 year (preferred); nursing 1 year (preferred). Licenses/Certifications: LVN (preferred); LPN (preferred). Work Location On-site. In-person. Job Type Full-time.
