Office Manager

Role: RN Clinical Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating clinical services in a home health setting. Key Duties Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, ensuring adherence to physician care plans and regulations. Manage referrals, assign clinicians, evaluate patient orders, and schedule start of care visits. Coordinate patient benefits, medical necessity, and insurance approvals. Assess patient needs continuously and tailor care plans accordingly. Review assessments and plans of care daily, offering clinical recommendations. Supervise an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, individualized patient care. Qualifications & Skills Current unrestricted RN licensure. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Preferred: CPR certification and home care experience. Additional Information: Salary ranges from $85,196 to $127,794 annually, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, and retirement plans. Some clinical visits required.
