Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team. Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will play a key part in managing core employee lifecycle activities, supporting HR processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with the HR team and other stakeholders. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role. Solid understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and performance cycles. Familiarity with US employment practices and basic HR compliance concepts. Proficiency in using Workday or similar HR systems. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. The Human Resources Generalist's responsibilities will be Provide daily administrative and operational support to the HRBP team. Manage core employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring timely coordination and accurate documentation. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute HR processes, initiatives, and routine business needs efficiently and consistently. Coordinate HR communications, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions for key people processes and team initiatives as needed. Assist with reporting, audits, and data management by compiling HR metrics, generating standard reports, and validating data accuracy. Compensation $25 to $30 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
