About the Role: Yankee Home is seeking energetic, outgoing Events Promoters to represent our brand at home shows, retail locations, and community events. In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage with prospective customers, promote our products and services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, retail, sales, or promotional experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage customers in busy, public settings Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and generate qualified leads Reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable using scripts, tablets, and other technology to capture leads accurately Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed performance targets Available to work evenings, weekends, and other event hours as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus Responsibilities: Engage with customers at retail locations, home shows, and community events Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations Professionally represent the Yankee Home brand Set up and maintain promotional displays Accurately capture lead information using company technology Meet individual and team lead generation goals Work Environment & Physical Demands: Work indoors and outdoors at retail locations and events in various weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting event materials Regular use of tablets and promotional materials Frequent interaction with customers in busy, public environments Travel to event locations within the assigned territory Yankee Home is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the position and to participate in the application and interview process, in accordance with applicable law.
