Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid ODE Paraprofessional credential or certification
• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role is preferred
• Ability to relate well to high school-aged students, providing both instructional and behavioral support
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and staff
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to classroom needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to high school students in a classroom setting
• Support instruction under the direction of certified teachers
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Participate in school meetings or training sessions as needed
• Assist with daily classroom operations, including preparation of materials and supervision of students
