Your role will focus on providing one-on-one and group support to high school students, collaborating closely with teachers, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 22, 2026, with a consistent schedule of 40 hours across five days each week.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Valid ODE Paraprofessional certification required
• Previous experience working with high school students in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ growth and learning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist students in both academic and behavioral tasks, ensuring their engagement and success
• Support classroom teachers with instructional activities, organization, and lesson implementation
• Promote independence and social/emotional growth for students
• Foster a safe and respectful classroom culture aligned with school policies
• Adapt to the evolving needs of students and staff throughout the contract period
