As a Business Experience and Planning Advisor Senior within PNC's ATM & Self Service Banking organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.This role serves as Head of ATM Business Management — the senior-most business management leader within ATM & Self-Service Banking, an organization with full P&L accountability for a network of ATMs and cash recyclers, instant card issuance, and cash management operations supporting branches nationwide.The organization operates across multiple pillars — cash management, vendor management, distribution, product strategy, product execution, and analytics & communications — and this role owns the organizational rhythm, cross-pillar integration, and executive communication that keep those pillars operating as one cohesive team.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
