Child Welfare Case Manager: Permanency & Family Support
RadNet, Inc.
RadNet, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Social Services Case Manager to assess and support children, youth, and families, coordinating services and permanency planning. You will work with families, courts, and communities, arranging kinship placements, developing case plans, and supervising transportation as needed. On-call rotation and travel across the state are part of the role.
