Applicants for the CEO position at the behavioral health hospital should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, with an MBA or MHA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, specifically in behavioral health, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital management, compliance, and strategic planning, as well as strong knowledge of financial management, business development, and operational optimization. Experience with JACHO accreditation processes and survey readiness is essential.
