Master Scheduler

Master SchedulerThe Master Scheduler is responsible for creating work orders, expediting and following up on production priorities, as well as creating, managing and strictly following regular schedules. They will work alongside various upper management and internal personnel to create efficient plans for miscellaneous projects and overall work.General ResponsibilitiesLeads the planning & scheduling process of raw materials for productionMonitors and analyzes supplier delivery performance against materials scheduleCreate work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedulesLeads the coordination of the internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirementsOrganizes / tracks of shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on time delivery at the plantMaintains an optimum level of finished product inventory, ensuring the level of service required by the clientComplies with Sarbox controls throughout the organization to ensure compliance and escalates/addresses any non-conformitiesExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersBase Salary Range: $85,800.00 - $118,030.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
