Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Employee Relations Specialist Category: Jobs Organiser: Hoxton Circle Description: Hoxton Circle is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Workplace Investigation Specialist for a large, established technology company. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, leading end-to-end investigations into allegations of policy violations, misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. Responsibilities include interviewing parties, analyzing evidence, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. The role also involves developing training for managers and monitoring investigation trends to recommend preventive measures. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and possess 3 or more years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization. Proficiency in Workday HRMS and strong knowledge of employment law compliance are preferred.
