Minimum Qualifications You are a native or fluent English speaker and can confidently write at the university level. You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. PE licensure is strongly preferred. You have a minimum of 3 years of professional civil engineering experience working on meaningful infrastructure projects at an engineering consultancy, government agency, contractor, or developer. You have demonstrable expertise in areas such as structural analysis, transportation design, geotechnical engineering, water resources, construction management, or infrastructure planning. You possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex engineering concepts and technical recommendations clearly.
