Masonry Field Operations Manager / Production Manager

Moore Stone LLC is hiring a Masonry Field Operations Manager / Production Manager to help lead our field crews, organize daily production, and keep masonry and hardscape projects moving efficiently. We are looking for someone with real construction field experience, preferably in masonry, stone, brick, concrete, hardscaping, or exterior construction. This is not just an office role. This person needs to understand jobsites, crews, materials, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include: Oversee daily field operations and crew progress Visit jobsites and identify production issues early Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs Communicate with foremen, owners, office staff, and clients Help keep jobs on schedule and within budget Review job scopes before work begins Track delays, change orders, safety concerns, and job completion needs Support a professional, organized, accountable field culture Ideal candidate has: Construction field leadership experience Masonry or hardscape knowledge strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple active jobs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confidence leading crews and holding standards Understanding of job costing, labor hours, and production efficiency Valid driver’s license Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
