Insight Global is seeking hardworking and reliable Concrete Restoration Workers to support a large-scale concrete restoration project in Miami, Florida.
This position will work directly under the guidance of a Foreman and be responsible for performing hands-on restoration, repair, resurfacing, and waterproofing activities on commercial and structural concrete projects.
The ideal candidate has experience working in construction, concrete repair, concrete restoration, or a related trade and is comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment in an outdoor construction environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience on large-scale restoration projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in concrete restoration, concrete repair, construction, masonry, or a related field.
- Experience performing concrete surface preparation including chipping, grinding, demolition, or cleaning.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction environments.
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment as needed.
- Understanding of construction site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work according to project specifications.
- Reliable transportation to and from the project site.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with commercial concrete restoration projects.
- Experience performing concrete patching, resurfacing, and structural repairs.
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, sealants, coatings, and epoxy injection products.
- Rebar repair or corrosion mitigation experience.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience operating jackhammers, grinders, and other restoration equipment.
- Masonry, waterproofing, or structural repair experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Experience working on parking garages, bridges, high-rise structures, or marine concrete projects.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings or project plans.
