Overview The Skilled Nursing team provides specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology, working with a strong interdisciplinary team. Perform a variety of treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families about changes to medication, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care to address physiological and psychosocial well-being. Oversee the CNA team: assign duties, provide training, contribute to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current Michigan LPN license and CPR-BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve complex problems. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and achieving results.
