Night Shelter Support Worker - Trauma‑Informed Care

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Shelter Support Worker to create a welcoming, safe environment for unhoused individuals. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and safety across the shelter and requires collaboration with the team and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include monitoring guests, completing intake and HMIS documentation, managing safety procedures, and providing crisis intervention when needed.
