Teen Parent Mentor & Caregiver (Evenings/Nights)

Family Independence, Inc. seeks a Resident Assistant to provide direct care for teen parents and their children in a trauma-informed residential setting. This role requires evening, night, and weekend shifts to meet contract needs and client requirements. You will supervise, teach life and parenting skills, and connect teens with community resources to foster self-sufficiency.
