Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner

The Toledo Clinic, celebrating 100 years of service, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current or prior experience in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty practice.

Who We re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider who brings:

• Current or prior experience in Diabetes and Endocrinology
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork
• A desire to develop strong relationships within the community and with the existing medical staff
• The ability to collaborate with physicians to coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• A passion for serving as a patient advocate and contributing to a positive patient experience

The Opportunity
The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), in collaboration with the endocrinology team, will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including evaluation and management, treatment planning, patient education, and care coordination for a broad range of endocrine conditions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a master s, post-master s, or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current licensure by the applicable state board of nursing for advanced practice
